Located 140 km north of Adelaide and 4 km north of the Clare Township on the Horrock’s Highway, Clare Racetrack is set in a natural amphitheatre with the western side set into a hill providing patrons with a view of the entire track from any position on the tiered elevated lush grassed slopes.
Set in the Clare Valley with relaxing views of a patchwork of vineyards and grazing stock adds to the experience Clare Racecourse features the Dunstan Pavilion, a muti use facility with bar, kitchen facilities, split level layout and covered verandah providing seated capacity for up to 160 pax or more depending on style of event.
The venue also features an outdoor bar or food service area, ample toilets, shade, covered hard stand and a change room with showers, toilets, first aid area and office which would suit car shows, social group events, weddings, parties, business meetings and many other events.
The extensive grassed tiers and ample parking make it the ideal venue for markets, music events and community group use.
