Ceduna Best Bets 29/11

Race 1 – It’s A Solid Deel

This Dundeel gelding gets his best chance yet to break his maiden on Saturday. The market showed strong support for him first-up at Port Lincoln, but he dropped out late and finished near the tail. Now fitter, he drops back to the 1200m; the same trip where he produced two promising runs at Port Lincoln earlier this year.

Race 5 – Normie No Show

Normie No Show finds a far easier assignment here than what he has faced recently. Two starts ago, he hit the line strongly over 1500m and was only beaten a lip, showing he’s capable when conditions suit. If he can reproduce that effort, the trip across to the West Coast should prove worthwhile for trainer Garret Lynch.
