RACE 1 - 11:32AM Chapman Heavy Mechanical Plate (1200 METRES)

HALLIWELL debuts for Jess Tzaferis and was placed at three of her first four starts and she hasn’t raced since being beaten 3.5 lengths behind Nurys at Morphettville back in August. She won a Strathalbyn trial by 4.49 lengths on Monday and looks well placed. MOAKSUN has been placed at five of his nine starts the latest behind Shamateur over 1100m at Bendigo. He draws a good gate. LAYIN’ UP has been placed at four of six starts and was runner-up here behind Press Express on Jan 4 and then 4th beaten 2.4 lengths behind Blanc Visage before a break. He’s now with Jeff Searle and should go well. ARAMOSO has placed at eight of his 19 starts and was OK last week beaten 5.96 lengths in 5th behind Esha on the Parks. YOOMEE WONDER was solid in the market at Ballarat on debut when beaten 2.57 lengths behind Diamond Indaruf. PIRATE ran well first-up for his new stable when beaten 1.86 lengths behind Warm Breeze here.

RACE 2 - 12:07PM Prime Irrigation Handicap (1200 METRES)

ALL TOO MYSTI was super impressive first-up from a spell when a 3.25 length winner over Mougenot before she was beaten 10.32 lengths behind Stay Focussed in the Listed Nitschke Stakes on Apr 5. She’s been freshened, draws well and is a filly with a stack of ability. Stablemate OUT OF SQUARE has been impressive since returning winning three of her four starts, her only beaten run coming being subsequent Goodwood winner Reserve Bank in the Listed Redelva and her latest a 0.91 length winner over TRIPOD TERROR, who has a good record. AQUAHOLIC was first-up in SA and ran well in the same race. WORLD’S MY OYSTER was a Ballarat winner on debut in Feb and then resumed from a break to win at Kyneton by a half-length on May 8. He draws a nice gate and has been $8-$3.80 since markets went up. SAV ON ICE was doing his best work late when beaten 2.61 lengths in the Out Of Square race last time and he maps well from the middle. ROYAL MAJESTY is now with Michael Hickmott and has a handy record with form around some nice horses. She was placed in a recent trial here and she has won fresh. ANGEL TORQUE was a winner here in January and has form around some OK type, she maps well. BLUE STRATUM has competed in some OK races and gets a good claim from the middle.

RACE 3 - 12:42PM PLC Fencing Straight Up - Golden Buckle (1200 METRES)

KARACASU has a good record around here and was beaten 2.09 length in 4th behind Aviatress in the Listed Matrice Stakes and then 3.15 length in 5th behind Watchme Win in the G3 Hawkes Stakes last time. He has the blinkers off and gets his chance here. Stablemate GREAT MAXIMUS has won four of 11 and was beaten 0.37 lengths behind Metrical at Morphettville on May 10. LET’S GET DOWN has been in the money at both runs here and was a 1.49 length winner over Three Rings on the Parks last time out on Apr 5. HOME RULE was $10 into $6.50 when beaten 6.5 lengths behind Dashing first-up in the Listed Wangoom at Warrnambool and should run well here. BALLON D’OR has been racing well and was 4th behind Volcanic Express In the Hills Railway before she was OK when beaten 1.54 lengths behind Metrical at Morphettville last time. JACKS ON ICE resumes for the Cahill stable and was beaten 4.17 lengths behind Prairie Flower here back on Jan 11 before a break. JACK THE LAD draws a good gate and he can improve here third-up from a spell.

RACE 4 - 1:17PM B&L Cox Electrical Handicap (1600 METRES)

SNOOPY NOW comes back the mile here after being beaten 8.57 lengths in the G1 SA Derby, his G3 Chairman’s run prior over 2000m solid when beaten 3 lengths behind Athanatos. He won the Port Adelaide Guineas over 1800m three starts back, draws a good gate and has been $4.40-$2.80 early. ARIZONA ACTIVIST was a Geelong winner two starts back over 1500m in BM64 grade and then led when beaten 3.75 lengths behind Typhoon Harmony in a BM70 last time. TAHNEE TREASURE was OK beaten 1.81 lengths in 4th behind Jilladora in the Queen Of The Hills at Oakbank and then beaten 2.87 lengths behind Regal Azmon in a good form race, the winner having done so again since. CULLEN SKIN ran well first-up when beaten 0.83 lengths in 4th behind Metrical in BM68 grade. DUNALLEY made ground behind Avebury in BM78 grade at Caulfield last time at massive odds and has won here. INTUITU was well beaten first-up in Victorian for Alex Rae and gets blinkers again here.

RACE 5 - 1:52PM Daish Irrigation & Fodder Handicap (2500 METRES)

SENTIMENTAL FLAME has been racing well in harder races. She was slow out hen beaten 5.79 lengths in the 7th in the Adelaide Cup behind Silent Surrente and was OK last beaten 4.03 lengths in 5th behind Sir Kingsford in the Port Adelaide Cup last time. She wears visors for the first time, draws out, but if she jumps on terms with her rivals will take beating. WUDDZZ has a good record and comes off a 1.75 length win at Warrnambool over 2350m during the carnival. He was good at Warwick Farm prior and his best looks well placed in a race like this. THERE GOES MY HERO has been placed at his past four and was beaten 2.01 lengths behind Party Crasher on the Parks last week. He draws out but should run well again. LAKE’S FOLLY made good ground when beaten 4.19 lengths in the Party Crasher race on the Parks last week and maps to get a good run from the barrier. DIXIE WHISTLER ran well beaten 2.76 lengths in the Port Adelaide Cup two runs back and was on speed when beaten 4.48 lengths in the Party Crasher in that BM66 last week. CARASHAN CHLOE has won her past couple back in class.

RACE 6 - 2:27PM Eastside Bearing & Bolts Handicap (900 METRES)

BEEN OUR ANGEL has been bursting to win a race in SA runner-up at three in succession before she was on speed and beaten 5.09 lengths behind Sir Now on the Parks last week. She comes back to the 900m with the blinkers on and a 3kg claim. She’ll give a sight. RUSSIAN BOBSHARK is a former Victorian who was beaten 3.4 lengths behinds The Journo first-up in SA back on Oct 19 when he was good late, he draws the middle and can run well. Stablemate MAZOVIA made good ground beaten 2.46 lengths behind Beauty Bound at Oakbank on Apr 19, has trialled since and is unbeaten in two runs here. HYPERNOVA has bene in the money at all three runs here and was beaten 3.7 lengths behind Startide at Morphettville before a break. BRISTLER is a horse with ability and had market support and was on speed when beaten 6.3 lengths behind Volcanic Express here back in December before a break. SUNZOU will go quick from a low draw. TOCHKA is a Victorian was a Kilmore winner three starts back and draws the inside. MINE ALL MINE is chasing his third win in succession here and was a narrow winner over GRAND HOST in BM62 grade last time

RACE 7 - 3:07PM Mosel Surveying Handicap (1100 METRES)

EROICA has been bursting to break through having run 2nd at her past couple behind Zanthron and Declared at Morphettville. She is a winner here, perfectly drawn with the claim and gets her chance. BEAUTY BOUND was impressive scoring a 2.12 length win over Been Our Angel at Oakbank on Apr 19 and was then beaten 2.69 lengths behind Declared at Morphettville on May 3. I CATCHEM FOX has a good record and was a winner on the Parks beating Merchant Boss back in September. He won a recent Mount Gambier trial and is sure to be somewhere in the mix. HAJRA was well found when beaten 3.61 lengths behind Declared at Morphettville last time. She has two wins and a third in three runs here and is sure to be somewhere in the finish. RUNAWAY STATEMENT has been in the money at both runs here and was a Morphettville winner beating Bona Fide Star back in January and was then beaten 3.11 lengths behind Texan Windstorm. She has trialled OK and draws the inside. SHARENDIPITY has bene racing well winning twice at Balaklava back in class before she was beaten 1.58 lengths behind Metrical last time.

RACE 8 - 3:47PM Inspired Accounting Handicap (1800 METRES)

WINE BARRON was good when 2nd behind Jilladora on the Parks three starts back and then beaten 3.94 lengths behind Annihilate at Morphettville when he had no luck in straight and went to the line under a hold. He turned that around with a 2.56 length win over UNDER THE CONE last time who was a Balaklava winner three runs back and has been runner-up at his last two. MUPPET was good beaten 1.75 lengths behind Blushing Tycoon at Caulfield and gets winkers for the first time here. MYERS REWARD was a Sandown winner in Feb, draws an inside gate and has a handy fresh record. COLLATED has won three of his past five and was a 0.66 length winner over Punchin here last time out. SAVSONIC was a good Penola winner first-up in a B<68 before she was beaten 7.17 lengths in the Wine Barron race last time.

RACE 9 - 4:25PM Mulch N More Handicap (1400 METRES)

CHIPSON has been racing well and was good beaten 1.23 length in 4th behind Rubamos first-up in the Vintage at Oakbank before he got a long way back and was beaten 3.52 lengths behind Annihilate at Morphettville last time. He gets a good claim and has two wins and two placings from his six starts here. SACHEM came from well back when beaten 0.23 lengths behind Metrical at Morphettville on Goodwood Day. He draws a nice gate and looks well placed again. VOLTAGE POINT was impressive first-up from a spell at Morphettville on Derby Day beaten Solar Blast and then good again on the Parks last week when 2.61 lengths behind Colmar. He draws out. Stablemate ANNIHILATE was another impressive winner on May 3 at a price when he scored a 3 length win over Under The Cone. He draws the middle and is a two-time winner here. METRO LEGEND has been in the money at three of his four runs here and trialled well before an OK return beaten 3.24 lengths behind Volcanic Express in the Listed Hill Railway at Oakbank. He draws out but can be in the mix. RICHE D’AMORE was good late when beaten 2.66 lengths behind Merchant Boss on the Parks last week. THE MANSMAN has two wins from three starts here and was beaten 3.98 lengths behind Beauty Rising first-up. PLATINUM WOLF has been specked early from a good barrier with Manoel Nunes to ride. ZARKANA is another who made good ground when beaten 0.88 lengths behind Metrical at Morphettville last start.
