STECARA is lightly-raced and has been around the mark finishing on the heels at her past four, the latest when beaten 2.5 lengths in 4th behind Sundogg at Gawler. She draws a good barrier and this is a winnable race. AMBER NOOK comes out of the same race when 2.4 lengths 3rd and should be ready to fire third-up from a break. BARE MINIMUM was runner-up at Balaklava three runs back and gets blinkers for the first time. I LOVE THIS SONG was runner-up at Murray Bridge behind Darknconfidential.

SAKASU is a former Victorian who caught the eye first-up for Gary Boyce when he took some nice late ground of Swycho at Morphettville on the Parks. He draws a sticky gate but a repeat would go a long way to winning here. IT’S A SOLID DEEL comes out of the same race and was OK beaten 4.2 length. ARTISSI was OK on debut when beaten 5.2 lengths behind Boltonova at Morphettville and the blinkers go on here. PAGANINI was OK on debut beaten 2.9 lengths behind Articulating at Gawler and can run well. FLOREY debuts for David Jolly and was beaten 13 lengths in a trial here by Bending Away.

JOVIALE made ground beaten 3.2 lengths behind Overstated on the Parks at Morphettville before going to Mildura to break his maiden scoring a 2.5 length win. He draws a good barrier and can win again. COLORADO CRUZ was placed at Sandown last January and won a trial here before an OK effort beaten 4.1 lengths behind Cararada at Morphettville. She draws a middle gate and should run well. RULING GODDESS has a win and a 2nd from four starts here. She broke her maiden here last November in Class 1 company and is fitter for three runs back from almost a year off, running 3rd behind There Goes My Hero at Gawler last time. SNIPERS NIGHTMARE was a Mindarie Halidon maiden winner before running 2nd behind Run On at Balaklava last time and should be in the mix. NEVER SURRENDER was placed on the Parks behind Nurys before a good effort beaten 2 lengths behind Artful Tawny on the outer track at Morphettville. COCKATOO ROSE was $31 out to $81 winning a maiden here on debut.

GOGOLF GURU has three wins here and was good behind Fight For Freedom two runs back beaten 3.6 lengths before chasing home Easy Beast at Gawler last start. She draws out and should give this a shake. HOBO BOB was a winner here two starts back as a $31 chance beating Fight For Freedom and then followed up with an OK run when beaten 4.8 lengths behind that horse. He has three wins from six starts here. RED ROOF is a winner here and comes off a good run when beaten 2.5 lengths in 2nd behind Nullify on the Parks. BYWATERS ROAD was a Balaklava winner three starts back and comes out of the Easy Beast race at Gawler. PHOTOGENIC resumes here and hasn’t raced since winning at Balaklava in July 2022 and was beaten 4.6 lengths in a recent trial here.

DAWNBURST has a good record here with two wins and two placings from five starts and was a Murray Bridge winner three runs back then stepped up to city grade before beating beaten 4.6 lengths behind WILLASTON who comes off a return to winning form with a narrow win over Limbering on the Parks. The wide draw is against. NASHO was a good winner here in May beating Kushan Khanivale when he led throughout and hasn’t raced since he was beaten 3.7 lengths behind Alpine Beau at Murray Bridge in July. I TELL YA WHAT was placed at three successive runs before winning his maiden at Balaklava beating High ON Sugar and then going for a break. He draws the middle gate and can be around the mark. KAYSERI was a Broken Hill winner in March and raced in stronger company before a break. He has a win and two 2nd’s from his four starts here. REAL VALENTIA was a $17 chance when he led throughout here two runs back and was then beaten 10.8 lengths behind Watchme Win at Murray Bridge. DOUBLE YOU OWE was in the market when beaten 6.7 lengths behind Rekero at Balaklava last week and maps to get a good run here where he has placed previously. HOSTESS SUSIE was beaten 4.3 lengths in that race and was a Balaklava winner back in August. Local SALUTE THE STARS has had 13 starts here and placed at eight of them, his latest was OK when beaten 1.5 lengths in 3rd behind Lines Of Glory on the Parks at Morphettville. APPLIED was placed at Balaklava two runs back and draws the inside. COURS VITE is a former Victorian who was beaten 8.5 lengths behind Zarkana at Morphettville last his local debut. He can improve.

CHARM SLINGA was a Gawler winner four runs back and the blinkers come off here. CAPTAIN JOOLIAN showed a return to form when he made good ground beaten 1.4 lengths behind Dan’s Echo at Mount Gambier and should be in the mix here. PULAMBI has bene placed at four of six starts here and wasn’t far away beaten 1.9 lengths behind Run On last time at Balaklava.
