Easter is a great time to pack up the family car and head away for a little getaway. After all, South Australia plays host to some of the most amazing locations, and the Limestone Coast is one of those.
The Easter long weekend will see the Penola Racing Club hold their annual Cup meeting on Sunday April 17th, which will have something for all of the family.
Penola Racing Club Vice President, Justin Kain said that the Cup day has a long standing tradition of being a family day out.
"We have created an event that is catered for all ages," he said.
"It is a great opportunity to break up the Easter weekend and enjoy a day of racing and the activities for the kids off the track.
"The Cup meeting is our last for the season and it's one that we really enjoy," he said.
The Penola racecourse is the stunning backdrop to this relaxed family day at the races where the adults can take in the racing action trackside, and the kids will have more than enough to keep them occupied with:
- Jumping Castle
- Face Painter
- Giant Connect Four and Jenga
- and running races on the track!
There will also be a visit from Easter Bunny.
